Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at willaskitchen.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy (Contiguous US)

Orders to the contiguous US that are over $50 will be shipped for free.

All other domestic orders are charged a flat shipping rate of $5.99 per order.

International Shipping Policy (includes AK, HI, US Territories)

Customers outside of the contiguous US will be responsible for covering their own shipping costs. Shipping rates are variable and will be calculated automatically by UPS. The shipping speeds/rates available are:

• UPS Worldwide Expedited
• UPS Worldwide Express Plus
• UPS Worldwide Express
• UPS Worldwide Saver
• UPS Ground
• UPS Standard

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Willa’s ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Willa’s is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Willa’s is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
