Shipping Policy for YEEUU Store

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

The time frame of order delivery is divided into three parts:
Shipping Policy Lead Time:
Standard Lead Time is 3-7 business days (Monday - Friday) after submitting an order. Please note the lead time does not include the time in transit.

Delivery time:
We use TNT, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other couriers, which may vary on the destination country for best pricing, service, and speed of delivery. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any customs fees, tax, duties, or import charges. 

Generally, 14-21 business days for delivery to the destination.

Shipping Costs:
Free shipping nationwide on orders over $300.
Shipping fees are $15 worldwide for orders under $300.
Shipping costs will be calculated upon placing an order.

We provide tracking numbers for all orders. We will email you the tracking number once we deliver your order. Please note there might be a delay of 1 or 2 days for you to receive your tracking number for international orders due to the transit.

Will I receive any shipping details?
Customers get a confirmation email when the order is placed successfully. YEEUU also sends tracking information to the customers as soon as the order is dispatched.

If you haven’t received any email, please check with your bank if the transaction was successfully processed and ensure that the payment has been made. You can also check if you entered the correct email address. If you still can’t find the email, make sure to check the Junk/Spam or Promotional tab.

Unexpected Delays
Some delays may occur in case of a high volume of orders or unexpected circumstances such as weather conditions, epidemic/pandemic, etc. In case of an unusual shipping delay, we will inform you via email.
