Definitions

• This offer is a joint promotional initiative provided by Jio, ('Merchant') and CRED. 'This offer is made available to you by Dreamplug Technologies Private Limited (‘CRED’) on the Platforms (defined below) maintained and operated by Jio ('Merchant').'
• The Offer is valid on android and iOS app from 1st April till 30th April, both days inclusive ('Offer Period'), unless revoked or extended by CRED in its sole discretion, without assigning any reason, without prior notice, and without liability of any kind.
• Under this Offer, customers will get FLAT cashback of Rs 25 on a successful Mobile/ fiber recharge / bill payment of minimum INR 249 using CRED Pay UPI. Applicable once per user during the campaign period:
  • Completes a transaction on the Jio corresponding mobile applications (iOS and Android (collectively 'Platforms'); and
  • Offer is Valid on first ever new user transaction on CRED pay UPI
  • This offer is not applicable if a user has transacted via CRED Pay UPI in the past on My Jio, however they will be applicable for regular CRED pay cashback offers as listed on My Jio app
  • c. Applicable on successful recharge/bill payment of minimum 249 Rs
  • (Each transaction meeting the aforesaid requirements being referred to as a 'Qualifying Transaction').


• Cashback for a Qualifying Transaction will be provided in the form of CRED balance. CRED balance is a sum of all cashback balances associated with CRED.
• CRED reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the benefits of the Offer, at its sole discretion, if it identifies any fraudulent activity being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or for any reason whatsoever.
• This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion made available by CRED on the Platforms.
• This Offer can only be availed once by each customer in a month. Additionally, and for the avoidance of doubt, CRED balance will only be provided for the one qualifying Transaction (and not for any subsequent transactions) made by the customer during the Offer Period.
• CRED reserves the absolute right, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
• This Offer is valid for CRED members only.
• CRED balance will be updated to the registered CRED member once reward is claimed after making the Qualifying Transaction via CRED Pay UPI within 24 hours of such Transaction.
• By participating in this Offer, you expressly agree that CRED or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer.
• This Offer is governed by the laws of India and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
