Terms and Conditions of Credit Card No Cost EMI

• The following terms and conditions apply to no cost equated monthly installment (""""EMI"""") transactions made using EMI facility as a payment option (""""No Cost EMI"""")
  
  
• This offer is available on select products as determined from time to time. The customers will be able to view the offer on the product page and payment page
  
  
• The Offer is applicable only to products where this No Cost EMI is mentioned
  
  
• Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions
  
  
• The banks issuing the credit cards reserve the right to charge Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other applicable taxes on the purchase transactions undertaken on EMI
  
  
• The discretion to allow the payment lies with the bank issuing the credit card. Dell will have no obligation or liability in the event the bank refuses to process the transaction for any reason
  
  
• The Bank charges annual interest rates according to the reducing monthly balance. In the monthly reducing cycle, the principal is reduced with every EMI and the interest is calculated on the outstanding balance
  
  
• All government Levies like GST, TDS, etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Offer
  
  
• Dell will not charge a processing fee for availing EMI option. Bank may however charge processing fee or cancellation charges as per the banks policies
  Such charges shall be paid by customer and will not be refundable even in the event of return/cancellation of the order
  
  
• In case customer fail’s to make timely payment of EMI, there may be additional interests/penalty which may be levied by the bank which may be higher than the discount offered under this scheme
  
  
• Dell reserves the right to stop No Cost EMI payment option at any time without prior notice and without any liability
  
  
• Customers can add more than one item to their cart and if all the products are available on no cost EMI, you will get no cost EMI discount on all
  
  
• No Cost EMI discount will be calculated only on the eligible items in the cart
  
  
• Bank does not endorse any of the products being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Dell
  
  
• Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products
  
  
• None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same
  
  
• Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by Bank or by Dell
  
  
• Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer
  
  
• This Offer is valid only in India. The minimum age of such Cardholder shall be 18 years
  
  
• All claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Bengaluru

• Successfully registered customers will be provided with a unique registration reference ID instantly
