Shipping and Delivery

Next Business Day Delivery


  • Next Business Day Delivery is available for systems marked In-Stock for Fast Delivery only.
  • Valid only for delivery destinations located on the Singapore main island, but excludes Singapore locations inaccessible by road, and restricted areas (e.g. prisons, military sites).
  • Order must be placed on Dell.com.sg or with our Chat Sales Team before 1pm SGT.
  • Orders placed on Dell.com or with our Chat Sales Team after 1pm SGT will be subjected to our standard In Stock for Fast Delivery (non Next Business Day Delivery) delivery terms.
  • Payment must be made by Credit Card (Visa and Master Card) only. Orders will be delivered next business day upon full credit clearance.
  • Requests for separate In Stock for Fast Delivery orders to be aggregated or merged into single deliveries will not be entertained.
  • If your order includes products and peripherals that are not marked In Stock for Fast Delivery, these products will be delivered to you separately, and the entire order will not be applicable for Next Business Day Delivery.
  • Next Business Day Delivery may be provided outside of normal business hours, and will not apply on weekends and public holidays of Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Your Next Business Day Delivery is subject to Dell’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale that are available on request or at https://www.dell.com/learn/sg/en/sgcorp1/terms-of-sale.

Build to Order

Build to Order (BTO) products are configured to your specifications and are shipped directly from our factory. Dell will provide you an “Estimated Delivery Date” range, which is the approximate range by which your order will be delivered to you.

While our Estimated Delivery Dates are accurate at the point of confirmed order, delivery dates may change post purchase according to:
  • Shipment delays to product components may extend your delivery date to a later time.
  • The contents of your order and the date each item ships.
  • Delays in payment processing. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received by Dell.
Changes to delivery dates will be communicated via email.

How We Estimate Delivery Times

  • We aim to be as accurate as possible when estimating delivery times. However, actual delivery dates are subject to change based on a number of conditions, including:
  • If your order contains non-Dell-branded products and peripherals (such as Logitech® keyboards), these products will be delivered separately from your Dell system or accessories order.
  • Dell’s estimated shipping and delivery times commence upon order confirmation. Your order will be confirmed once payment has been received by Dell.
  • For Build To Order products, estimated delivery dates are accurate at the point of confirmed order. However, delivery dates may change after confirmed orders are made, according to:
    • Your delivery postcode
    • The contents of your order and the date each item ships
    • Shipment delays to components of your product may extend your delivery date to a later time
